The in-person registration fee covers conference admission for all three days as well as both lunches. Dinner, hotel, and transportation are not included in the registration fee.

Partial rates are not available for individual sessions and/or single days in person. We encourage you to attend as much of the conference as your schedule allows in order to have the best experience possible!

At this time, payment plans are not available

All registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

You do have the opportunity to register at the door, but we highly encourage you to register as soon as possible. In the event that WAVE Student Conference sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

Yes, we do offer a special rate for groups of 10 or more. Please visit our registration page for more information on group pricing. To register a group, select 10 or more tickets at the group rate price and click “Continue”. This will provide a page for you to create a group profile, passcode, and instructions for you to manage your group. Once your group is created, your leaders and students will be able to join your group at any time using your group profile information. If you have additional questions about creating or managing your group, please contact Brushfire at 844-347-1025.

If you bring a group of 25 or more students, you qualify for group seating! After registering your group, email info@wavestudentconference.com to request special group seating. The deadline to request group seating is June 16th, 2024.

Yes! It is our desire for WAVE Student Conference to be a place for youth pastors/leaders to encounter Christ and feel refreshed as you continue to serve students in your church. This is a place where youth pastors/leaders can meet and network with other youth pastors/leaders as well as encountering Christ and growing spiritually. Although we would love for you to bring students from your church, it is not required in order for you to attend WAVE Student Conference.

Yes! You will have the opportunity to bless a student with either a full or partial student conference ticket. There are two ways you can do so.  If you are registering a student for WAVE, there is an option during the registration process where you can sponsor a student by donating towards WAVE scholarships.  If you are not registering a student for WAVE but would like to sponsor a student, you can email info@wavestudentconference.com

Yes! We are able to reward a limited amount of 50% scholarships to those who meet the following criteria: partners of Celebration Church that have completed Step 1 and Step 2 of Connection Point, actively attend a Small Group, and actively serve on the Dream Team. If you meet those qualifications, you can apply here: WSC Scholarship Application
