WAVE Student Conference exists to empower a generation of young people set apart to make a difference! Our heart is to see every student experience Christ and to create a space for every leader to be refreshed and equipped to be the WAVE of God in their sphere of influence.

    Sadie Robertson Huff is well known for her engaging smile and energetic personality, but there is a lot more to the 25-year-old star of A&E’s Duck Dynasty and runner up on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars season 19.

  • Author & Lead Pastor

    Jonathan "JP" Pokluda is the lead pastor of Harris Creek Baptist Church in Waco, Texas, and former leader of The Porch, where he saw the ministry grow from 150 to more than 7,000 young adults. The author of the bestselling Welcome to Adulting and Outdated, as well as the Welcome to Adulting Survival Guide and Welcoming the Future Church, Pokluda came to understand the grace of the gospel in his early twenties, which ignited a desire in him to reach people in their twenties and thirties for Christ. He lives with his wife, Monica, and their three children.

  • Elevation Church

    Elevation Rhythm is an expression of Elevation Worship specifically geared towards youth. This music is created to represent and engage the youth and young adults.

  • Alexander Pappas is a world-renowned worship leader and songwriter.

    Having served as part of Young & Free, and Hillsong Worship for over a decade, and penning songs like “Alive”, “Wake”, “Real Love” and “Echo” which has served the global church.

  • LO

    A band of friends, writing lyrics and melodies that echo the sound of revival in our generation.

  • In 2000, he and his wife, Lori, founded a non-denominational church called Celebration Church in Austin, TX. In 20 years, Celebration has grown from 5 people to a global ministry of approximately 20,000 members in the Austin, TX area, as well as campuses in Italy and Mozambique, Africa, where they have also founded the “School of Champions” that educates and feeds hundreds of students daily. He also serves on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches. Joe and Lori have been married for 30 years and have three amazing sons, and now a wonderful daughter-in-law.
